Entry level audiophile turntable,worth every penny!

Great turntable for the price. For even much higher price it would be hard to beat this model,. Chinese made turntables have too much flaws in terms of special mechanical parts, the cheapest Dual and Thorens models are based on outdated technology and sound dull. This one sounds fantastic, I have heard many vintage turntables which were more expensive when they were new and this one can compete with them without problems. It is made in former Tesla factory, which Lichtenegger took over after collapse of czechoslovak state-owned hi-fi manufacturer. Build quality is excellent for the price, it is even hard to find plastic parts. Changing cartridge would be little hard on this model, so I don`t recommend it. But you can buy better elliptical styluses from Ortofon.
