Wiim Bar Soundbar Matte Black

WiiM Bar Matte Black — A Display-First Dolby Atmos Soundbar for TV and Music

The WiiM Bar Matte Black is a 3.0.2-channel Dolby Atmos and DTS:X soundbar that combines a 2.1-inch full-color touchscreen, 135 watts of system power, and HDMI eARC in a single sleek enclosure. Built for living rooms that double as home theaters and music rooms, it brings cinematic height effects and crisp dialogue without requiring a separate AV receiver. This model is the right choice for listeners who want one bar to anchor TV audio, music streaming, and a future wireless surround setup.

What Sets This Soundbar Apart

An 8-driver acoustic array with dedicated up-firing height channels and four passive radiators produces overhead Atmos effects and bass weight from a single enclosure. The integrated 2.1-inch glass-covered touchscreen shows album art, source info, EQ, and presets, and doubles as a customizable clock when not in use. RoomFit room correction runs through the WiiM Home App using your phone's microphone, sending test chirps and frequency sweeps to map the room and tailor the response.

Who Should Choose the WiiM Bar

TV viewers upgrading from built-in speakers will hear immediate gains in dialogue clarity and Atmos height effects through the dedicated center channel and up-firing drivers. Music listeners benefit from native hi-res streaming up to 24-bit/192kHz, multi-room grouping with other WiiM devices, and the included WiiM Bar Remote. Home theater builders who want to start with a single bar and grow into a wireless 5.1.2 system later can add the WiiM Sub Pro and two Sound or Sound Lite speakers without running speaker wire. The matte black finish blends into modern AV setups, and the included wall-mount brackets keep installation flexible.

WiiM's First Soundbar

Previewed as WiiM's first soundbar at High End Vienna 2026, this model marks the brand's expansion from streaming amplifiers and music streamers into the living-room home theater category. Built by Linkplay Technology Inc., it inherits the company's streaming-first philosophy and pairs with the broader WiiM ecosystem of speakers, subwoofers, and amplifiers for a fully wireless surround setup.
