Korg PA600 Professional Arranger — Compact Powerhouse for Live Performance

The Korg PA600 is a 61-key professional arranger that brings the flagship Pa-series sound engine into a portable, gig-ready format. Sharing its RX (Real eXperience) and DNC (Defined Nuance Control) technology with the larger Pa800 and Pa3X, this model delivers lifelike voicing across 950+ sounds and 360+ factory styles. A 7" TouchView display, 128-voice polyphony, and 2x15W bass-reflex amplification make it a self-contained workstation.

What Sets the PA600 Apart

Sounds distilled from the OASYS flagship synth include a multilayer stereo acoustic piano sampled from a Concert Grand with String and Damper pedal Resonance. Enhanced Guitar Mode 2 produces strumming patterns with realistic hammer-ons, slides, and harmonics — controlled via the four-way joystick and two assignable switches. The Chord Sequencer captures chord progressions on the fly, freeing both hands for soloing.

128-Voice Polyphony and RX/DNC Architecture

Polyphony determines how many notes can ring simultaneously without dropouts — critical when a full style plays under a four-track keyboard performance.

• Polyphony: 128 voices — handles full 8-track style plus 4 keyboard tracks without voice stealing.
• Sound Engine: RX (Real eXperience) + DNC (Defined Nuance Control) — articulation-aware sampling that responds to velocity and joystick movement.
• Factory Sounds: More than 950 — including stereo piano, refreshed GM 2 set, and 64 drum kits.

360+ Factory Styles with Deep Editing

Styles provide the backing band that follows your left-hand chords. The library covers a broad range of genres, each programmed by arrangers specializing in that tradition.

• Factory Styles: More than 360 preloaded — each with 3 intros, 4 variations, 4 fills, break, and 3 endings.
• Style Structure: 8 accompaniment tracks + 4 Single Touch Settings per style — deep editability for custom arrangements.
• User Style Locations: Up to 1,200 — including 10 Favorite banks and 3 User banks.

61 Velocity Keys, TouchView Display, Stage-Ready I/O

The compact cabinet houses a velocity-sensitive keyboard, a 7" color touchscreen, and a custom 2x15W amplification system driving 100mm double-cone speakers in a bass-reflex box.

• Keyboard: 61 velocity-sensitive keys — standard layout for organ, piano, and synth playing.
• Display: 7" 800x480 TFT TouchView color — point-and-click navigation with Search.
• Inputs: Sustain Pedal, Assignable Pedal/Footswitch, 2 Line In jacks (6.3 mm TS)
• Outputs: Line Out L/R (6.3 mm TS), Headphone/Line Out (6.3 mm TRS)
• USB: Type A + Type B, both USB 2.0 Hi-Speed — file transfer and USB-MIDI.
• Compact dimensions of 1,030 x 378 x 127 mm fit a small stage footprint.
• Total weight of just 11 kg makes one-person transport to gigs easy.

Solo Performers, Church Players, and Songwriters

The Korg PA600 is the right choice for solo entertainers who need a full backing band, realistic instrument sounds, and intuitive live control in a single portable instrument. Church musicians benefit from the SongBook database, which recalls every setting for each song with a single tap. Hobbyist producers get a 16-track / 100,000-event SMF sequencer plus Quick Record for capturing ideas on the fly.

Korg Pa-Series Heritage

Korg's Pa series has long been a benchmark in the arranger category, with the Pa3X and Pa4X at the flagship tier. This model was introduced to bring the RX/DNC sound engine and TouchView workflow into a more accessible price point.
