Marshall Middleton Black and Brass — Loudest Portable Speaker in the Line-Up

The Marshall Middleton Black and Brass is the brand's most powerful portable Bluetooth speaker, built for listeners who want concert-grade volume in a grab-and-go enclosure. Inside the iconic amp-inspired shell sits a quad-speaker array that pushes out true stereo with no sweet-spot compromise, while Dynamic Loudness adjusts the tonal balance as volume changes.

True Stereophonic 360° Sound and Quad-Driver Architecture

What separates this model from typical mono Bluetooth speakers is Marshall's True Stereophonic processing — a multi-directional stereo technique that fills the space around the unit. The quad-speaker layout pairs two 3\" woofers with two 3/5\" tweeters and two passive radiators in a sealed cabinet. Stack Mode links multiple compatible Marshall speakers for a bigger soundstage.

Heritage and Design

The manufacturer has been building stage amplifiers since the 1960s, and the product carries that legacy into the portable Bluetooth era. Designed and engineered in Sweden, the speaker blends the brand's iconic guitar-amp aesthetic — brass accents, black vinyl, and a tactile control knob — with modern wireless tech and a detachable carry strap for grab-and-go use.
